How it works

Just a few things you need to know before you advertise with Coffee Cup Media.

Submitting your art work

Preferred artwork formats are Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), EPS, and PDF with vector content, embedded (not linked) images, and outlined fonts. If you have your artwork in a preferred format please submit that file instead of an exported image file.

If you don’t have the artwork

Supply all the images and the text which you would like to have it on the artwork; we can organize the artwork at a cost. Cost of creating the artwork will vary depends on nature of the artwork. Talk to our sales team they will able to assist you.

All artwork will be sent to you for final approval.

You will be provided with proofs prior to any printing and you will have the opportunity to make one change to your design after reviewing mock ups and/or proofs. Design mock ups and/or proofs will be emailed to the contact you specify in less than 1-2 business days after artwork submission.

You can purchase space on the cup from a choice of 2 or 4 locations.

If you would like more than one space (or maybe the whole cup) then please contact us to find out more. To make life easier for you, once you have chosen your space on the cup, you can send us the artwork in several ways: Send us an Illustrator File of the advert in its finished form.

Sleeve Advertising Partner Profile

Provide information on a Sleeve Advertising Partner if you have. Be sure to indicate whether you are providing this on behalf of a prospective advertiser who you would like to have advertise on the your sleeves, or whether you are an advertiser interested in advertising on the Media match with a business that uses our sleeves. This information is only used to serve your requests for our products and services and is not released to any other entity
